Back in 2011, Wahlberg purchased a 4,600-square-foot penthouse inside the Hazelton Hotel in Yorkville for a whopping 12 million dollars.

2. Prince // 61 The Bridle Path.
What area would Prince own a house in? Of course in one of Toronto’s most prestigious area – The Bridle Path. The international pop star lived in a 14,280 square- foot mansion for many years, up until his divorce. Prince’s property was listed for $12,788,000 but his former wife kept the mansion.

3. Deadmau5 // Campbellville, Ontario.
Joel Zimmerman , or “deadmau5”, used to own a beautiful penthouse downtown Toronto, but he sold it for approx. $2.5 million in 2015. In exchange for 3,000-square-foot condo, deadmau5 purchased a 14,000 square foot mansion in Campbellville, Ontario for $5 million.

4. Drake // Toronto, Ontario.
Drake sold his $4.2-million, 3,600 square condo for $3.75-million in 2012, and had his own custom 20-40,000 square-foot mansion built by Ferris Rafauli. The exact location for Drake’s pad is unfortunately a secret.

5. Edward Rogers III // Forest Hill, Ontario.
The current president of Canada’s largest communication company, Rogers, owns a $11,900,000.00 million dollar home in Drake’s childhood neighbourhood, Forest Hill.

6. Rachel McAdams // The Annex.
The Mean Girls star, owns a 1880’s Victorian style property is located The Harbord Village.The Annex home was originally purchased for about $750,000, but the property has significantly grown in value, as the average cost for a home in The Annex is approximately $ 1,375,762.
7. Steven Spielberg // Muskoka, Ontario.
There is not much detail provided on the pricing and square footage of Hollywood’s most famous director, but he visits his Muskoka cottage regularly, especially during the summer.
